By purchasing from or using Blu Shop (blushop.net), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the site.

1. Use of the Site

By using Blu Shop, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or abusive purposes.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Delivery

All orders on Blu Shop are delivered digitally. Most products are delivered instantly unless otherwise stated. CashApp payments may require manual approval during support hours (11 AM to 2 AM CST).

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except the following:

  • The product was not delivered.
  • The product was not as described in the seller’s description.

Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting support will result in a permanent ban from Blu Shop and may be pursued with supporting evidence to the payment provider.

5. No Chargebacks

By purchasing through Blu Shop, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If you believe there was an issue with your order, contact our support team directly.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the site or its services.
  • Use the site to distribute malware or harmful software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Blu Shop at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our platform or users.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the site.
